These terms apply to this website, to joining the Vyvi waitlist, and to subscribing to our newsletter. They do not cover use of the Vyvi app, which will have its own terms when it launches. By using this website or signing up, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Inga Petersen, trading as IP Bedrijfsadvies (Chamber of Commerce / KvK no. 98153269), based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands ("Vyvi", "we", "us"). You can contact us at info@vyvi.io.

We plan to transfer the Vyvi business to a newly incorporated Dutch private limited company (B.V.) in due course. If that happens, these terms and our privacy statement will transfer to that company, and we will update them and let you know.

2. The website

This website gives information about Vyvi, a lifestyle and nutrition guidance product for women, and lets you sign up. We may change, pause, or remove the website or any part of it at any time.

3. Signing up: waitlist, newsletter, and beta

When you sign up, you join our beta waitlist and our newsletter in one step. We will contact you by email about the beta, including an invitation to apply, and send you occasional updates about Vyvi.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee you a place in the beta. Places are limited, and we decide who is invited.
If you join the beta, we will ask you for feedback in return, and separate beta terms and a separate privacy statement will apply.
We may change the timing, size, or format of the beta, or decide not to run it.

Vyvi provides general, evidence-based lifestyle and nutrition guidance. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing on this website is a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Always consult a professional about your health, and do not delay seeking advice because of something you read here.

5. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, images, logos, and the Vyvi name and branding, belongs to us or our licensors. You may view it for your own use, but you may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, for example by trying to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, or submit anyone else's details without their permission.

7. Our responsibility

We put care into this website, but we provide it "as is". To the extent permitted by Dutch law, we are not liable for any damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its content. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

8. Your data

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Statement.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this website is the one that applies. The date at the top shows when we last changed them.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
